Today my niece turns 13, I can't believe she's a teenager already. Whew, where have the years gone?! She was born in Washington State (on Whidbey Island where her father was in the Navy) and is the middle child, she has an older sister and younger brother. She is a 7th grader and is such a girly-girl. I'm still undecided on what we should get her--a handbag, a charm for a charm bracelet, clothes, or heely's. Whatever it is I'm sure she'll love it.
