We've pulled our cucumber plants (they were so good!) and have planted our fall/winter vegetables.
Our okra made delicious fried okra and sauteed okra with tomatoes, onions and serranos/jalapenos.
The peas, not so good, but they look good. :)

Holy, organization! I'm impressed. Our garden is pretty sad. I didn't even know there were fall/winter veggies... though I guess they'd do better thru the TX winter than here in PA. It's already freezing here!
You guys are doing so awesome with your garden. Must be nice to have all those fresh veggies and herbs on hand.
You should grow one of those huge supersized vegetables. I saw seeds for a HUGE pumpkin over the summer. I was almost tempted to buy them so I can plant a big ol' pumpkin patch in my yard.
