House of Sweets

I seriously need to lay off the sweets, but it's sooo hard to do when Dan makes such great desserts.
I wish I had more friends that lived nearby so that I could give all of his creations away. That would help me a lot. :)

IBS Relief???

I tried this OTC medication first, but it didn't work.

Then, I tried this OTC medication...3 weeks in and it seemed to be working, but then I had a couple of bad days last week. :( So I guess it doesn't work.

I just don't get it. I hate my stomach!

Peppermint tea is supposed to help too. I hate tea (cold/hot), but I was willing to give it a try. I don't think I can drink that stuff daily. Bleh.
